At AutoCrew, your safety is our number 1 priority. Bring your car in and we will perform our 33 Point Safety Check to identify any concerns with your vehicle. On the day you will receive a printed report outlining the details of the check. With this report we will go over with you any safety concerns, as well as any maintenance items that we recommend to be fixed. The choice of repair on the day is yours, and your AutoCrew Technician will discuss your options with you on the day.

As part of our 33 Point Safety Check we will perform / check:

• SafeTstop Brake Test: this test tells us about your brakes, wheel alignment and suspension efficiency.  You will receive a printed report outlining if these items need to be adjusted.
• Battery Levels: Your battery and alternator will be tested.
• Wipers: Wiper and wiper washer operation of your vehicle.
• Lights & Horn: The operation of lights, turn signals and horn will be tested.
• Windshield: Your windscreen and glass will be visually checked for chips & cracks.
• Belts: The condition of your vehicle’s external drive belts will be checked, as these can loosen and crack overtime.
• Engine cooling system: A visual inspection of your cooling system, hoses and other components will be performed to check for wear and tear.
• Fluid levels: Your fluid levels will be inspected.
• Interior: A check of your air conditioning operation will be performed.  We also check all interior functions such as pollen filter, dash warning lamp operation and central locking.
• Brake system: Check all aspects of your brake system for wear and tear.
• Steering and Suspension: A visual inspection of your steering and suspension will be undertaken looking for wear and tear.
• Exhaust system: Your exhaust system will be checked for leaks and damage.
• Transmission: The operation of your transmission will undergo a visual inspection.
• Tyres: The condition of your tyres will be checked.
